My pride & joy

Psalm 127 â–º

King James Bible

Unless the Lord Builds

1  {A Song of degrees for Solomon.} Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

2  It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

Lo, children are 3  an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

4  As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.

5  Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.

To the far left is me after returning home from the military in 1971, next to me is my dad, we call him Poke, next to him is my little sister Joy, next to her is my older sister Sharon, next to her is my mom Betty and in the back is my brother we call Butch.

These are some of the greatest people God put on earth and I love them so much.  I thank the Lord I can say they are my family.  Of course, this isn't all of them, but this is my roots.

These are my four children whom I love so much.  I am proud of them.  If you have children like these you can thank the Good Lord for a great blessing.

Left is my oldest daughter Missy, she gave me two granddaughters.

My twin girls are ( in the gray shirt) Tracy, she gave me one granddaughter.

Next to her in the green shirt is my other twin Stacy, she gave me one granddaughter.

The young man in the red shirt is my son Jay (he is a Jr.) hang on to your hat on this one, he gave me sixteen grandchildren.

No one could be prouder of their children than I am.  Since they have been big enough to start school, they have been involved in the community as a volunteer. They have been right by dad and mom"s side in everything we have done.

If anyone can make it to heaven just on their good works alone, they will be the first ones inside the gates.  That includes their mother. No one has done more to help other's children.

Down  On  The Farm

God has blessed us so much over the years.  We have failed Him a lot, but He has never failed us.

We may not have a lot, but we have the Lord, each other and hope to see God and our loved ones in heaven one day.

We hope you enjoy viewing the photos of my family and Down On The Farm.
