Huge Equal Access to Public School Facilities for the Boy Scouts of America and Other Designated Youth Groups; Final Rule . . .
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION: Equal Access to Public School Facilities for the Boy Scouts of America and Other Designated Youth Groups. AGENCY: Office for Civil Rights, Department of Education.
ACTION: Final regulations.
SUMMARY: The Secretary adds a new part to title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations and amends 34 CFR parts 75 and 76 to implement the provisions of the Boy Scouts of America Equal Access Act (Act). This Act directs the Secretary of Education, through the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), to ensure compliance with this new law. The regulations address equal access to public school facilities by the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups.
DATES: These regulations are effective April 24, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: These regulations implement the Boy Scouts of America Equal Access Act, 20 U.S.C. 7905. On January 8, 2002, the President signed into law the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB), Pub. L. 107-110, amending the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA). The Act is included in these amendments to the ESEA and is found in section 9525 of the ESEA. The Act applies to any public elementary school, public secondary school, local educational agency (LEA), or State educational agency (SEA) that has a designated open forum or limited public forum and that receives funds made available through the Department of Education (Department). Under the Act, these entities may not deny equal access or a fair opportunity to meet to, or discriminate against, any group officially affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America (Boy Scouts) or any other youth group listed in title 36 of the United States Code (as a patriotic society) (Title 36 youth group) that wishes to conduct a meeting within the covered entity's designated open forum or limited public forum.

I and every other Marine, Sailor, Soldier, Airmen, Coast Guard, and National Guardsman didn’t take an oath to defend the Constitution for nothing. The homosexual movement isn’t done with the BSA. They will now use young impressionable minds to spread even further their sick twisted agenda throughout the Boy Scouts. Your support should stop for this organization and not fund any deviancy especially homosexuality. This is pure evil to say the least.

Destruction and indoctrination—why else do you think they are invading every institution including schools, and now the Boy Scouts. The “Truth” is not being taught in sex education classes. Parents, teach your children the “Truth” which is the Bible. Let no one lead them astray for if you do, you will reap judgment on yourself which in turn will affect them. Do not let anyone or anything walk over you, especially corrupt individuals in government or twisted organizations posing as good. They will meet swift judgment by the Almighty in due time.

The boy scouts now have gays watching over them, we have same sex marraige, we have a child molester over the safety of our public schools, the gays are now a life style and now crosdressers are allowed to us the boys or girls restrooms in our schools and public places.

Our Government Is Making Hypocrites

Our gay president and government leaders force our school teachers and staff to teach our children that being gay is a life stile. There is nothing wrong with it. When it comes to Christian ethics and beliefs, it is not tolarated in school. It offends people of other beliefs and they can't have that.
They say that the teaching of the gay lifestile is needed. It is something children don't understand. They need to know about it so they can deal with it in their future adgenda. It does no harm to introduce the lifestile to them and will no way affect their future. They teach same sex marraige is fine and if they choose to adobt a child, that is OK too. Obama signed a new law that is now in affect that cross dressers can no use the bathroom of their choice in public schools and in the public.
When Kids Become Sex Offenders
A new report by Human Rights Watch is calling attention to the effect of sex offender registrations on juveniles—those who commit a sex crime while under the age of eighteen. But many youth offenders are much younger than that:

Throughout the United States, children as young as nine years old who are adjudicated delinquent may be subject to sex offender registration laws. For example, in Delaware in 2011, there were approximately 639 children on the sex offender registry, 55 of whom were under the age of 12. . . . A 2009 Department of Justice study, which focused only on sex crimes committed by children in which other children were the victims, found that one out of eight youth sex offenders committing crimes against other children was younger than 12.
How does so called experts say that children adobted into same sex marraige isn't effected by it? How can they say that children that are neglected, abused and without a loving father who looks up to a gay scoutmaster as their idel isn't affected? How can anyone say that teaching children it's OK to be gay, that it is just another lifestyle think it doesn't affect our children? How about when the president of the United States makes a law that allows crossdressers to use the bathroom or school shower of their choice with our children? Do you think it affects the way of life for our children? These people who make these rules, laws and teaches our children may have a high IQ or lots of degreas behing their names, but they don't have a lick of commencents.
Children are so mixed up that they don't know if they are coming or going. They don't know what is right or wrong any more. Should I be gay, a cross dresser, strait, a child molester or should I marry the same sex or what? Sound far fetched? Ask some of the children having sex with with other boys or little girls who end up in jail. The porn videos and magaizens, child porn, their same sex parents kissing and cuttleing while eating popcorn and watching TV with them at a early age. Wouldn't you be a little mixed up?
Young Florida Boy Charged With Molesting Girl Multiple Times . . .
A 12-year-old in Florida has been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a young girl.
According to the arrest report, the victim reported that David Berrios Jr. has been “putting his hands down the front of her pants” and that this had occurred “approximately four times and the last occurred a few days ago.”
Police were called to the victim’s home in October, and the next month, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Sexual Assault Unit was involved. Berrios was arrested Thursday.
“This is more common than you may expect, but so often, it goes unreported,” News4Jax crime and safety analyst Gil Smith said. “It happens at different levels.”
“He would get some psycho-sexual counseling,” Smith said. “Depending on the age, anywhere under 16, he’ll get that type of counseling. Just in case they may not know right from wrong.”
Alex Christopher Mercado Found Dead in Dryer; 14-Year-Old Neighbor Boy Arrested
When 4-year-old Alex Christopher Mercado went missing Friday in Mendota, California, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department began an immediate search. But it didn’t bring a happy ending the next day.
He was found stuffed in the dryer at a home where his babysitter lives next door. Alex had been killed and then hid in the dryer, police say. A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion on murder…
Police say the 4-year-old was playing outside his home when a 14-year-old neighbor boy brought Alex into his house and killed him. They won’t say what the teen’s motives were,but that’s expected to be revealed when they officially charge him.
But according to those who knew him, the 14-year-old was the kind who creeped people out. “I used to sit next to him in class and he was the kind of kid that would creep me out,” 13-year-old Miguel Amador told the Fresno Bee. “He was always looking at you, just staring at you.”
Mendota City Councilman Joseph Riofrio says the same thing about the boy who would come into his video store with his mother. The teen would do weird things like wear a parka in the middle of the summer.

Alex was playing in his yard when Castro apparently lured the boy inside his house while no one else was home. According to the charges, that’s when he molested and sodomized young Alex, then drown him so he couldn’t tell anyone. He hid the boy’s body in a dyer in the closet.
Though others have described Castro as giving them the creeps, his mother Elsa Castro says he was a good boy who’d never been in trouble before. He was doing well in 8th grade, she said, getting B’s and C’s. “He’s never hurt anyone,” she told the Fresno Bee. “He’s a good, intelligent boy who was raised right. All I can say is that I did my best.”
He’s now been charged as an adult with murder, molestation, sodomy, kidnapping and murder of a witness to prevent testimony. Under California law, a boy this young can neither get the death penalty or life in prison. But he does face a maximum of 47 years.

In an affidavit, the the 14-year-old originally told police he knew nothing of Alex’s disappearance. And when investigators found the boy in the dryer, he insisted that someone had broken into his house and placed Alex there.
Yet Castro would eventually confess to luring the 4-year-old who lived across the street into his house, then sodomizing him. At some point, Alex fell and hit his head,Castro stated. He started crying and saying he was going to tell his mom.“Castro said he panicked and decided to kill the victim by drowning him in the bathtub,” the affidavit says. The teen — 5-feet tall and 170 pounds — carried Alex over his shoulder and dumped him in the dryer, according to his confession, hoping everything “would go away.
”But you can expect his lawyer to contest that confession. Public defender Kathy Marousek believes her client is in shock, and that he didn’t understand his Miranda rights, making everything he said to police questionably admissible.

​Auther's Note: I can't help but wonder if these children and hundreds more, just like them, sat in one of the gay life stile class in our public schools in one of the lower grades. Children are very Impressionable and curious about things. You can tell a child that something is dangerous and not to do it. Do they try it anyway when your back is turned?
By adolescence, many of the childhood milestones have been met, from that first day of school, to pulling that first tooth, to learning to ride a bicycle (without training wheels), to now... Those infamous teen years that all parents look forward to. Right? Okay, maybe not, but regardless it's a stage that we all have to go through.
Children try things they see and learn from others, jumping ramps, climbing trees, kissing girls in grade school or what the science teacher shows them. How about in sex education class where they learn that it's ok to be gay, learn to do things gay children might do and same sex marraige is a natural thing.
Children Do What They See !
As a parent nothing is more frustrating than to tell your child over and over again not to do something and then to find that the little rascal has done it again. You wonder why doesn't he (or she) ever listen. Well, your child may be more busy in looking at what you do and that does not tally with what you say. Children do what they see we adults do, not what we say. Real small children learn by imitation. It's pretty much "monkey see, monkey do" behavior. As they grow a little older, they come to identify with their parents and other significant adults. This process of identification drives them to model themselves upon the parents, teachers and others they love and form attachment with. After all, the natural instinct of a child is to be like his or her parents and what they learn at school. After all, would their parents send them to school to learn something if it were wrong?
Children learn about behaviors by watching the people around them and imitating them. They imitate behaviors of other children and adults, and play “doctor,” “house,”or “mommy and daddy” - "daddy and daddy" with other children.
When "daddy and daddy's", friends and little boys come for a visit, or spend the weekend, and hang out a lot, they watch and learn as they grow and follow their examples.
Between, "daddy and daddy" and what they learn about the, "gay life stile", in class at school they don't have a chance.
The judges on this earth, the president of the United States, the Supream Court of the land, teachers and anyone else can say all they want to on the subject, but same sex marrage, gays adobting children and teaching our children the gay life stile just doesn't work. It is like trying to mix oil and water together in your car, it will ruin the moter. What they are trying to do is destroying our children and when they become adults and start running our country, our country will be like the car moter, it will stop running.
Preschool children have limited ability to plan and control their behavior. They have a poor understanding of the long-term consequences of their behavior. Children’s typical sexual behavior (such as curiously looking at another child) is unplanned. The behavior is impulsive, without much thought. Children often play make-believe. They often pretend to be something or someone else. They may play or dress up as people of the opposite sex.
Children’s sexual awareness starts in infancy and continues to strengthen throughout preschool and school-age years. All aspects of children’s development—including cognitive, language, motor, social, emotional, and sexual development—are linked to each other.
The relationship between children’s general development and their sexual behavior mainly depends on their up-bringing. Knowing about children’s behavior and how it changes as they grow can help caregivers determine if a child’s sexual behavior is typical to the caregivers teaching and examples.
Children are brought up to respect our military, honor them, shake their hand and welcome them home. If they were asked which branch they would choose to join when they are old enough, most boys would say the Marines because they think they are the tough and the first to fight.
Children love to play Army and shoot each other with paint guns as they play war games. They love to immatate soldiers.
Every since our president said it was ok for the gays to come out in the military it has cause more harm than good for our children. Some say it must be ok to be gay because the Marines are, and seeing things like the picture to the right has a strong influence on them.
One plus One = Two = Trouble ?
One bank robber + a gunman = trouble. It would seem likely that if these two got togethey that a bank would be getting robbed before long. That's why the law says two fellons can not hang out together.
One electric wire + a short = danger. It will cause someone to be electricuted or killed. It could also cause a fire and burn down a home with people in it.
One swimming pool + a child by their self that couldn't swimm = bad news. If a child was all alone in the back yard with a pool and couldn't swim, they could fall in and drown. If someone got them out and they were already gone for a time and they were brought back, they could end up with brain damage.

There are certain steps which lead to this deadly condition, the Bible refers to as being given over to a reprobate mind).

Bad health - Health issues for gay men/children and men/children who have sex with men/children - including children and young people: Understand important health issues for gay men and men who have sex with men — from sexually transmitted infections to depression. Men/boys who have sex with men/boys are at increased risk of contracting HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, as well as other sexually transmitted infections, including hepatitis, human papillomavirus (HPV), herpes simplex, gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis.
5. Death - once the HIV - transmitted infections - hepatitus - herpes simplex - gonorrhea and all the other problems including depression hits you either die a slow death or end up taking your own life.
