I want to thank you dear Jesus, for being my best friend.
You promised you would never leave me, even to the end.
I can not see you in person, or call you on the phone.
As long as I trust and believe in you I'll never be alone.
When I am worried I say a little prayer,
It's then I really feel the presence of you standing there.
I always have faith in you, both night and day.
And when life seems to hard to handle, I take time to pray.
Just like a miracle, you make the hard times disappear.
I find a real blessing, on how you remove all fear.
I'll always tell my friends, family and others that I see.
What a wonderful friend you are, and what you
mean to me.
When I leave this world, I will never be alone.
For you will be with me, on my journey home.
I'll see my family and friends, that have gone on before.
They will be waiting for me, beyond heavens door.
When my Father asks me, how I managed to transcend.
I'll say "The faith in you Lord and Jesus my best friend."
