It is such a shame, such talented people who had a lot to offer taking their own life.
The suicide of beloved actor Robin Williams shocked the world. He won an Oscar for his role in Good Will Hunting, not to mention two Emmys, six Golden Globes, and five Grammys over his career. He ended his life by hanging himself at his home in Paradise Cay, California, after a long history of depression. READ MORE

The country singer killed herself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound in 2013, having twice attempted suicide in the past. She fired the shot on her front porch, the same place where her former boyfriend and youngest son's father fatally shot himself a month earlier. McCready's children were already in foster care at the time of her death.

The much-loved Nirvana frontman died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He wrote in a suicide note, "Frances and Courtney, I'll be at your altar. Please keep going Courtney, for Frances for her life will be so much happier without me. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU."
The director of classics films like Top Gun and True Romance, Tony Scott died from multiple blunt force injuries after jumping off a bridge into the Los Angeles Harbor. He left notes for his friends and family, but they didn't reveal why he decided to kill himself. His brother, director Ridley Scott, speculated that Tony may have become beaten down by his long battle with cancer.

Bradley Edward "Brad" Delp was an American musician, best known as the lead vocalist of the rock bands Boston and RTZ. Delp committed suicide sometime between 11:00 pm on March 8 and 1:20 pm on March 9, 2007.[5] The local police discovered his body after a 911 call from Pamela Sullivan when she saw a dryer vent tube connected to the gas pipe of Delp's yellow car. They found him lying on a pillow on his master bathroom floor of his home on Academy Avenue inAtkinson, New Hampshire. Two charcoal grills were found to have been lit inside the bathtub causing the room to fill with smoke.[6] A suicide note was paper-clipped to the neck of his T-shirt, which read: "Mr. Brad Delp. 'J'ai une âme solitaire'. I am a lonely soul." Delp left four sealed envelopes in his office addressed to his children, his former wife Micki, his fiancee, and another unnamed couple.[7][8][9][10] He was 55 years old.

Jonathan Gregory Brandiswas was an American actor, director, and screen writer. Shortly before midnight on November 11, 2003, Brandis hanged himself in the hallway of his Los Angeles apartment building. He was discovered by friends who called paramedics who transported the actor to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.[10] Brandis died there on the afternoon of November 12 from injuries he sustained from the hanging. Dana Michelle Plato was an American actress, notable for playing the role of Kimberly Drummond on the U.S. television sitcom Diff'rent Strokes from 1978 to 1986.[4] After leaving the cast of Diff'rent Strokes, Plato attempted to establish herself as a working actress, with mixed success: she worked sporadically in made-for-TV movies and in independent films, and also did voice-over work. On August 16th 1977, he returned to Graceland after a late appointment with the dentist. He went to his bedroom around 7:00 pm to rest before an evening flight. He was later found in his bathroom and rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead from cardiac arrhythmia.
What caused his heart to stop was an overdose of prescription drugs. His father, Vernon Presley, had the autopsy report sealed until 2027. It is suspected that he had taken a cocktail of prescription drugs, including:

Ethinamate
Quaaludes
An unknown depressant
